Individualized: Exercise routines should be individualized based on your goals and limitations. Your best bet would be to work with a certified personal trainer to create a personalized regimen. But if your goal is weight loss, be aware, that it turns out for most, optimizing your diet - really caloric restriction - is key. But combined caloric restriction and exercise is best!
