STRESS: This is classic signs of anxiety or not knowing how to manage normally in a stressful world. You are holding your chest muscles way too tight and not breathing deep and slow and allowing for this pent up angst to dissipate naturally. Yoga, meditation, prayer, exercise and even therapy may be indicated for you to feel better.
