When i sink my chest in/bend forward.. sternum pain /slight shortness of breath. cardiac issues have been ruled out. i'm 22yr?

Chest pain: Costochondritis (inflammation of rib -cartilage joints adjacent to sternum) could cause the pain that you described above. In certain situations of pleuracy/pleuritis (inflammation of covering of lung) could cause pain while you breath in and bend.
