I bet costochondral: Seems like you may have some costochondral pain ( pain in the joints of your chest). It could much less likely be something in your chest or lung but you have definitive testing in the near future. Pulmonary function testing will likely confirm what you already know. Could consider doing testing with bronchodilator.
