Cough and vomiting: Probably has sinusitis with asthmatic bronchitis . Whooping cough, take her to your pediatrician.

Make an: Appointment with your pediatrician first thing in the morning . He needs to be seen and get treatment for possible sinus infection. Ear infection. It could just be allergy draining, causing him to vomit, a viral illness , colds or flu. You don't want to miss reactive airway diseases . Give him supportive treatment for now and suction as needed.
