Can i give my 13 month old benadryl (diphenhydramine) for runny nose and slight cough? it is clear mucus and the pollen here is terrible. she is not running fever.

Please do not: Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is not recommended at all under age 2 and between 2 and 6 years only under direction of your doctor. At this age check with the doctor.
