A member asked:

Had tumt procedure 2 months ago. 1st month had bloody ejaculate. now i have none. can this be fixed? if i had it then , where did it go?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Less to none...: Prostate produces 1/2 the fluid that you ejaculate. Tumt treats ("cooks") your prostate from the inside out. After the treated tissue has resolved, there will be less tissue which produces less fluid. Also, by opening the bladder neck, "retrograde" ejaculation will pass your fluid back into your bladder rather than having it spurt out. Not dangerous, but could explain infertility after surgery.
