I was treated for epididymitis 2 months ago. Now when i ejaculate my sperm is clear, watery & very little. Is there permanent damage?
After ejaculating, I feel a pain in my right testicle sometimes my left like a cramp. The pain last 2-3 days and then subsides . What could be the cause of this condition? I did have epididymitis two months ago and cleared up?
