Ask your doctor: Before changing the dosing of psychiatric medication. However, taking one whole pill would be within the dosage recommended by your doctor, so you'd be following the directions. Be well.

Ask Rx r.: Since the rx states you can take a whole pill, i suspect your rx dr. Is aware of your weight and general medical case in general, so taking 1 whole pill should be fine (as this is a low dose anyway). However, it is important for continuity of care to discuss your medication dosing with your rx'ing dr. Best wishes.
