Last week i had 2 ultrasounds and 3 ddimers. dr says no clot. leg still hurts and i'm worried they missed the clot. what should i do?

Leg pain : It sounds like you had extensive testing done and of all the results showed no clock in the likelihood would be much less than 1% of a clot existing. Other causes of leg pain could include venous insufficiency, muscle strain, etc... If the pain persists however i would recommend you seen a vascular surgeon as they are the experts in this area.

Consider other dx: No test is perfect, but five negative ones add up. Do you have risk factors for a blood clot like immobility or a hypercoagulable disorder? If not, a musculoskeletal etiology my be more likely.
