Possible reasons as to why my d-dimer & hemoglobin results were slightly elevated? sometimes, i experience leg cramps/tightness, and on some days i feel chest pain. i got a leg ultrasound which was negative for clots, as well.

Need to examine: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the actual values rather than elevated. Wish you good health!
