Not if there is no pain: And also no known injury. I assume you're referring to the cervical spine and not clicking anterior or in the front of your throat by the adam's apple. If the clicking is felt with swallowing and is actually in the front of your neck you should see an ENT specialist or an upper G.I. Specialist.
