If severe, C/S: Mild scoliosis(spinal curvature deviation) will usually allow a patient to deliver vaginally. Severe scoliosis producing a change in stature may not allow enough room in the pelvis to allow vaginal delivery and therefore cesarean sections are more likely in those patients.

Shouldn't: Unless it decreases pelvic volume, by its severity, most scoliosis should not cause an issue for childbearing.
