Maybe: Hope you are okay now. Some medications may lower blood pressure. I am glad you were in the doctor's office--i presume, when you had the low pressure so that they could treat you. I would discuss this with your physician or nurse and plan future treatments accordingly. Good luck.

It depends: How low of blood pressure you are referring here? During chemotherapy, one could experience many different things that can decrease your blood pressure- most commonly is dehydration, side effect related to certain therapy for instance rituxan, (rituximab) adrenal insuficiency etc. F/u and discuss with your oncologist further.
