Chemo side effects: Chemotherapy can produce transient fall in blood pressure could be part of allergic reaction when chemotherapy is actually biologic one like Rituximab or other monoclonals or due to the chemo therapy itself affecting the heart causing arythmias like flurouracil or or anthracyclines. It is usually tolerable and the treatment staying in supine position and lots of intravenous fluids.
