Around two weeks ago, i was quite ill, and laid low for a few days. i have a diagnosis of hypertension, and take lisinopril for treatment. however, my blood pressure was low, and remains lower. i haven't taken my medication since, should i resume?

I would check BP SEATED , standing and after standing 10 tips up and down on toes. If falls note than 20 report numbers to your Dr and ask what to do. High blood pressure at your age is very rare. Always base diagnosis in 3 BP readings on 3 different days at least 1 week apart. Be certain those measuring BP are following guidelines to get an accurate one. Most don’t . Check with AMERICAN HEART.org
