Maybe not: I assume that you are in some type of splint. Swelling from this type of injury can be severe enough to diminish blood flow to your hand. If fingers are swollen and stiff, and the splint feels too tight, please let your doctor know so, it can be loosened.

See your surgeon: If you are in a plaster splint or removable orthosis than a feeling of 'coldness' in your fingers after the fractures you sustained is not unusual esp.If you have been using ice packs to reduce swelling. If not , or this feeling is worsening or associated w/ numbness/ parasthesias( pins / needles)then call your surgeon or go to the er . Best of luck w/ your surgery!
