Need big picture: White cell percentages are meaningless apart from other information. You will make your search for health far more difficult if you focus on labs, though this does suggest something's amiss. Is your absolute granulocyte count high, your absolute lymphocyte count low, or both? If neither, the % is probably meaningless. With petechiae, are your platelets low (rule out lupus?).
