No: A neutrophil count in the normal range (albeit at the lower end) is not cause for concern. Rest easy. Any significant illness causing low neutrophils (such as autoimmune antibody-mediated neutropenia) would manifest as recurrent infection and mouth ulcers. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
