What does it mean to have all blood work normal except the immature granulocyte number and percent was low ?

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, a few immature granulocytes, with no blasts, is not a cause for concern.
