Not yet: Percentages of lymphocytes and granulocytes are meaningless apart from the absolute values. My RDW runs about like yours when i donate blood, i never understood the need to measure platelet volume routinely... If your physician isn't worried, this pathologist ("look at the person, not the labs") isn't either.
