Need an evaluation: Thus could be rrlated to an infection but follicular lymphoma can return. You should follow up with your oncologist.

Recurrence?: You need to call your oncologist. If it is a recurrence, Rituximab can work again. Could be unrelated to your lymphoma but you should still call your oncologist.
