Im a 24 year old male with a swollen lymph node behind my ear (post auricular). its 1.3-1.5cm in length, moveable and painless. it has been there for at least 3 years with no increase in size. no other symptoms have developed. worth worrying about?

Common finding: Many people have 1 or 2 enlarged L nodes in the neck area. Most likely benign. Show your doc the next time you go in. If it changes &/or you start getting more swollen glands, get evaluated.
