Try alternative: Carpal tunnel syndrome is a focal neuropathy of the median nerve at the wrist. Wearing a wrist splint and an injection are typically first line therapies. The use of narcotics for this condition is not advised.

Not necessarily: Tramadol and hydrocodone (which always has acetaminophen- tylenol-in it, are both for moderate pain. Some would use tramadol for milder pain, and hydrocodone for more moderate pain. They should not be taken at the same time, and actually in some people the tramadol may antagonize the hydrocodone. Neither has interactions with prednisone. You need to ask these questions to the prescriber for answer.
