I have chronic back pain from a mva. i'm given the following.hydrocodone, tramadol, & baclofen. do they affect the kidneys? i have low kidney function

Med effect on kidney: These meds to not have a significant effect on the kidneys nor does one rot\utinely lower the dose in those with decreased kidney function. Hwever anti-infalmatories like advil, Motrin and aleve (naproxen) do so be careful with these meds. Hope this helps. Good luck.
