Who is "you" saying: it? There is no reason to do that. Tramadol acts at the same receptor sites as hydrocodone, the opioid that is in norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen). More is not always better. In fact, depending on someone's genetic makeup and how they metabolize opioids, in some people tramadol may antagonize the effects of other opioids, and you would be better off using ONE or the OTHER, but not both. Get advice from doctor/pharmacist.
