RLS: RLS may be due to an imbalance of dopamine in the brain. It may occur during pregnancy, or wiconditions like peripheral neuropathy, iron deficiency, renal failure or spinal cord injuries. It can run in some families. It may be treated with Ropinirole (Requip), rotigotine (Neupro) or pramipexole (Mirapex) or Neurontin, Gralise), gabapentin enacarbil (Horizant) or pregabalin (Lyrica).
