Pinpoint the source.: Find a doctor who will locate the exact source of your pain. X-rays and possibly CT can show if anything obvious is going on there. Injection of steroid can sometimes relieve pain.

Hello! I have been dealing with chest pain that was DX as costochondritis for about 3 and a half weeks now. It's very uncomfortable and painful. Are there any ways to get relief? I can also feel swollen areas around my right breast bone.
Pain in chest bone (middle/right). increases when I twist sideways. Always have cracking sound when twisting left/right, it reduces the pain. By research, I may have "costochondritis".
