How do you get rid of a pinched nerve and a buldging disk in your neck?

Depends: If you have a pinched nerve from a disc buldge, it is not unusual for it to get better with time as the abnormal disc is resorbed by the body. Pt, traction, yoga, time, occasionally epidural or nerve root injections can help. If the pinched nerve is from bone impingement from arthritis or having spinal stenosis, sx tend to recur and you are more likely to need some type of surgical decompression.

Time: The epidural injection helps most people with documented herniations that are the source of there sciatica type pain. That said the question is how long will you get relief for and there is no real good answer for that. Some people can get relief for months and others it can be days/weeks. We notice most people get relief for a longer time if at least 2 injections are planned.
