Neck pain: Bone spurs and disc protrusions can cause 'pinched nerves'.

Yes: The bone spurs can cause a pinched nerve with symptoms in your arms or neck. The lumbar stenosis is less likely to cause symptoms in the lower extremities, but the bulging discs might. Withoutexact symptoms it is difficult to know. You could talk to a spine surgeon or pain doctor to see if your symptoms match your scans.
