What if you don't get a period the month after you miscarried does that mean your pregnant?

1-2 month delay: It can take 1-2 months for your body to revert back to its normal prepregnancy state where you begin to have regular periods again. It's unlikely that you'd be pregnant, especially if you're not having sex. A pregnancy test within a month of a pregnancy loss can still return falsely positive. Give it time, but get contraception for sure if you're trying to wait. I recommend waiting three months.

Unlikely: But if in doubt take a pregnancy test. Good luck!
