Can be: Did you have a D&C with your miscarriage? If so, sometimes that can cause scarring of your uterus leading to inability to get pregnant. The other possibility is that you are not ovulating given just discharge every 3 months. You should definitely be evaluated by a gynecologist or fertility specialist.
