Low egg supply: Random fsh can be higher if it's done just before ovulation, when your body has a 'surge' of lh and fsh hormones. 59 is a high value even for a random fsh, and is likely to be a sign of low egg supply or diminished ovarian reserve - lower egg numbers and quality. No test of ovarian reserve is perfect and you still have a chance of a healthy pregnancy. See a rei specialist for more detailed testing.
