Pseudotumor cerebri: It is possible that you are cured. You should have have full eye examination done including visual field test(to see for enlarged blind spot). Blurred vision can be caused many other issues like refractory error, eye problems etc, .

Change bring angst: Yes anxiety from fear of known or unknown changes often bring anxiety. Even if the changes are positive our mind and memory keeps recycling negative thoughts which triggers anxiety. Work on positive thoughts and fear reduction strategies. Even go talk to a professional.

Maybe: If your papilledema is gone and you save normal pressure, then any visual abnormalities are not due to iih directly, but there may have been some damage to the optic nerve from the iih.
