Exam: Call your neurologist or ophthalmologist (both) to have an exam. Your intracranial pressure &/or Intraocular pressure maybe too high resulting in the symptoms you are describing. Also, the treatment with Topamax™ may be causing the side effects of nausea & diarrhea.
