Need to distinguish between episodic and chronic migraine patterns as different preventative meds may be indicated. Worsening pain and tinnitus, when supine, might suggest intracranial hypertension, but may be just a variant response for a migraine headache. See a neurologist and get this handled fully.

What does iih mean over there? Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. Discuss with your surgery and you all should be able to classify better and arrive a best treatment.
