Never use abbreviations. I do not know exactly what iih means in your part of the world. Abbreviations in medicine can be deadly. Never use them. Resubmit question please.

Presume that you are asking about increased intracranial pressure (Pseudotumor?). The best way to fully exclude is to measure pressures via a lumbar puncture. Discuss this with your doctor. This, however, may be worsening migraine which will need preventative interventions.
