Hello. i am a 37 year old woman. a few days ago i found a swollen bump under my skin on my left cheek near my ear. over the next three days it spread to behind my ear and down my neck. it seems to be several swollen bumps that are connected and are painful to the touch. my ear doesnt hurt, just the bumps. otherwise i am a little stuffed up and tired but i feel fine. (i have two young kids so im usually tired) painful swollen nodes near my ear?
