I have had 3 swollen lymph nodes, 1 in my neck, 1 in cheek, & 1 in inner thigh for 5+ years, plus 1 more that showed up below my ear about 5 months ago. neck ct scan & blood work normal. possible for lymph nodes to remain swollen years w/o cancer?

If the nodes have not grown in 5 years, these are not malignant.
You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
