Is fibromyalgia worse than chronic migraines?

Thats subjective: When i suffered from severe fibromyalgia the headaches i had were unbelievable and disabling. Pain is very personal and everyone is different. When i perfect the vulcan mind meld then i'll be able to tell you more. Yes i got better and am pain free 95% of the time in my case without using fibro meds.

Can be: ? can "chronic migraine" (CM) pain be worse than fibromyalgia (FM) pain. CM diagnosed by Neurologists for severe near-daily headaches, which I have observed in patients with severe superior trapezium muscle spasms, & which partially remit when spasm is reduced via PT, massage, biofeedback & postural change. Chronic widespread muscle spasm pain is hallmark symptom of FM sufferers; many with CM.
