My aunt have ovarion cancer and 2months ago i found out that i have a ovarian cyst on each ovary. i have abdominal pain. should i get it removed?

Probably not: At age 23 it is very unlikely that your cyst are malignant, to determine if they are a ca 125 can be checked from your blood and an ultrasound is done then repeated in a month. If your cysts are normal ovulation cysts then they will go down. If your family have multiple breast or ovarian cancers then you could carry a gene for this and more investigation needed possibly from a geneticist.
