Focus on Health: Weight management can be a battle and one can get easily discouraged. Focus on getting healthier rather than the number on the scale and you will do well. Set a measurable plan w/doc or friend and review it weekly and adjust accordingly, e.g., walk 10 minutes daily, lower carb intake, etc. You already are everything you need to be.
