A lot going on: I wouldn't think the urinary infection is the most likely culprit but you have other issues. Certainly, when a person has migraines, often with nausea, she often does not feel like eating & can lose weight. Weight loss is also a common symptom of untreated depression. Then add a urine infection where you can just feel punk/not eat. You need a thorough evaluation & treatment for all these issues

Frequent UTI: So yes, frequent UTI can cause weight loss due to not feeling well generally, nausea, etc. Depression and anxiety can also cause weight loss through not really feeling like eating. Talk to your doctor for more information or treatment for UTI. Best wishes!

Boost immunity: Frequent UTIs might cause decreased appetite, inflammation resulting in weight loss in some individuals. Lowered immunity can cause frequent UTIs. Taking a zinc supplement 25-50 mg/day, Vitamin D3 10,000 IU/day, and a good probiotic daily might help solve the problem since all of them boost immunity and reduce inflammation.
