A few thoughts: Get daily exercise - this can help to elevate your mood while also helping to burn calories & keep your body healthy. Eat at least 5 servings of veggies and 4 of fruit per day & drink at least 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day. Aim for at least 8 hours of sleep per night. These things will help with mood and weight control. Make a commitment to feel better physically & emotionally. Good luck.
