Not sure....: ...If you are saying you have gained that weight just in the last 3 months, or if you are implying you are depressed because you've gained the weight-- but anyway, 1)alcohol can cause weight gain so cutting down could help; 2) you don't give the wellbutrin (bupropion) dose but increasing that(under md supervision)could help with both depression and weight loss; 3) exercise, even a little more, could help.

Talk with your doc: I see you are on bupropion (wellbutrin), maybe the dose needs to be increased. Make sure you've had your thyroid function checked within the past few months. Are you eating poorly due to the depression? You may need an additional antidepressant medicine. Eat healthy foods, avoid junk or "comfort" foods which tend to be high calorie, and exercise regularly, which also can improve your mood.
