Probably not: Passing hard feces occasionally does a little damage. If you're otherwise healthy, it's not a problem. Accutane actually could be a small part of the problem as sebaceous glands here normally provide the oils that protect the skin of the anus. I wouldn't worry; mention this to your physician who prescribed the medication.
