Constipated past 3 days, taking fybogel and went this morning. Light red solid lump in stool, could be extracted & had tomatos 2 days ago. Could this be skin or blood? Also mucus on toilet paper when wiping. Could this be from being constipated?

Is it normal to have a few black specks (almost like pepper) on the toilet paper after wiping? The stool itself seems fine, just seems to show up when wiping? No blood or constipation etc. Please help, thanks?
I have had bad constipation for a few months now, but it's getting more severe. I have light headedness when I stand to the point were I faint and lots of blood and bloody mucas in my stool, toilet and on the toilet paper. Lots of pain in tummy.
