A doctor has provided 1 answer

Rectal bleeding: Many causes for rectal bleeding but the most common causes in healthy young patients are hemorrhoids or even anal fissures. Was there any pain? Has this happened again? For now avoid constipation and straining which can worsen these conditions. Mention it to your PCP, especially if you have pain or bleeding is heavy.
