Many options: There are many good eye drops available. It depends which symptoms you aim to treat. Artificial tears (refresh, systane, genteal, optive) help to lubricate and refresh dry, red, irritated eyes. Patanol (olopatadine) or Pataday eye drops can treat red, itchy allergic eyes. Acular or ketorolac eye drops can help treat red, irritated, painful eyes. You should see an eye doctor to decide on the best drop for you.

Not for eyes: It may be good for your nose and sinuses but not for your eyes. There is nothing i know of other than artificial tear for the eyes besides prescription medications.
