See your eye doctor: Tired eyes are often dry and red, and may benefit from artificial tears. If you use drops to relieve redness (like visine(r)), they can lead to increased red eyes over time, so only use them occasionally. Eyes that stay red and irritated should be evaluated - there are often stronger treatments that your eye doctor may need to prescribe to treat the underlying cause of your symptoms.
